We actually only had a very small bite of our cake. Derek had to be forced to eat a very tiny piece. He was scared he would get food poisoning (ha....ha)! It was plastic wrapped, aluminum foiled and put in the freezer for a year. Nothing was going to get into that thing!! By the way, it tasted just like it did a year ago!

Ours was disgusting... then again apparently it went missing for a few days after the wedding and showed up at mom and dad's house sometime while we were on the honeymoon... weird. And, then on top of that we carted ours to Jamaica to eat on our actual anniversary so it had to withstand hot summer heat and a three hour flight to paradise. Ours was gross to say the least, but I'm glad yours was delish!
Sewer rat may taste like pumpkin pie but I wouldn't know...

Hey...stomach was only upset for a couple of minutes =) We will be getting rid of the rest of it though.
