Trip to Ohio

I spent my Fall Break up in Ohio to see my sweet husband. Of course, he had to work all week but we did go to the orchard on Saturday. We got golden delicious apples, apple cider, apple butter and even tried an apple cider slushie (yummy)!

After spending 4 days in Ohio, I had to drive 4 1/2 to 5 hours back to Indy. It is the most boring drive ever (as you can see from the picture)!! Hopefully one of these days Derek and I won't have to make these drives anymore.

Another from Cedar Point

We rode lots of roller coasters at Cedar Point. This one scared me so much....my hair stood straight up! Of course, Derek took the opportunity to pose for the camera =)

Firewood!!

We had a very big, very ugly, very dead tree cut down in our front yard this week. It would have eventually fallen into the street if we hadn't gotten rid of it. Here is what is left of it. Do you think we'll have enough firewood for the winter?
